What we collect
When you submit an inquiry through our application form, we collect: your name, email address, company (if provided), current role, area of interest, and any message you include. This information is submitted voluntarily and is limited to professional and business context.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate whether our services are a good fit. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Occasional follow-up communications directly related to your inquiry or our services are within scope of this policy; you may ask us to stop at any time.
How it's processed
Form submissions and newsletter signups are processed through Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), a third-party email and marketing platform. Brevo processes your data in accordance with GDPR requirements and may retain submitted data as part of their service operations. We are not responsible for Brevo's independent data practices. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies. We use PostHog for basic web analytics (page views, referral sources, and general usage patterns). Our implementation uses temporary session storage that is automatically cleared when you close your browser tab, and does not track you across sites or build advertising profiles. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, no analytics data is collected.
Data retention
We retain your inquiry information only as long as necessary to respond and assess fit — typically no longer than 12 months from the date of submission. If you would like your information deleted, contact us at the email below and we will process your request within 30 days. Please note that deletion of data held by our form processor may require additional coordination time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We will respond to all requests within 30 days. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Children
This website is intended for business and professional use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes arising from this policy will be handled in Washington State.
